Support


Most of our customers choose to be supported through annual support contracts. When under contract CBS normally functions as the customer's IT Department. Depending upon the situation you can access either normal or emergency support services.

Normal support - You have 3 options:
Log your own support issue at HelpDesk

E-mail us at HelpDesk@iMastersolutions.com

Call us at (888) 765-2072, extension 611.
Use Normal Support if your situation is not critical and can be taken care of during normal business hours.
Leave a detailed message with your name, business name, and phone number.

Emergency support - call (888) 765-2072, extension 911.
Use this option if your situation is mission critical and/or business debilitating.
Leave a detailed message with your name, business name, and phone number. All critical systems are supported 24/7/364.

For mission critical systems, CBS does not charge existing support contract customers to access our emergency support services. Please use these services respectfully. An emergency is a mission critical situation that is immediately debilitating to your business. If your situation does not meet this criteria please use the appropriate normal support service.

If you are a CBS customer but do not have a support contract, Emergency Support is available for a fee.  If you are a support contract customer, but your system or situation does not warrant Emergency Support than there is a fee.  You will be notified of any fees prior to support being provided.

Timely, Efficient & Cost Effective - Most of our systems have secure remote access for support purposes. Most support items are completed never requiring a site visit. Normally we can work as if we were an experienced employee in your building; however, most in house IT professionals are not trained to provide as efficient, or cost effective support as we do. If a site visit is ever required, we have technicians throughout Canada who can be in your building on short notice.
